Going deeper in to God - Transforming Communities - Making new Disciples
This week in our Benefice
Our report this week maybe shorter than usual as due to unforeseen circumstances, St Mary’s were unable to hold their regular Morning Service on Sunday. It was very unfortunate and we hope the message was relayed round the system in time to stop people turning up at 10.30am. We had about an hour’s notice to do this, so how well did the system work, we wonder? Next Sunday July 4th, will be a service in church but as yet, no details are available but please come along at 10.30am as usual.
However, one service will be on that evening which you may like to try. Night Light will be in the church hall on the 4th July We aim to also Zoom this service to those unable to join us in person. Time of service is 7.30pm and the access code will remain the same. The theme for July is 'Grace'. The Zoom code is: 432 851 790 access code: 032720
The Mothers' Union are holding a Tea Party on Thursday, 8th July in the garden of 28 King Street, from 4.00pm. The cost will be £5 and all profit will be given to the M.U. Summer of Hope Appeal. Everyone is welcome. If the weather is inclement, Tea will be in the barn.
Services for next Sunday, 4th July, Trinity 5. 7.30pm, St Mary’s Church Hall, Potton, NightLight, also on Zoom, see above.
At this time further details are not available for other Benefice services but will be on next weekend’s Sunday Link Newsletter, due out mid-week and sent to subscribers. If you are not a subscriber and would like to be, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, address and obviously email address. Normal service will be resumed next week.
