Another successful Zoom Service

The Church re-opening arrangements are as follows: The Church will be open, from Monday 6th July, unsupervised on Monday, Thursday and Sunday, 9am until 4pm. Visitors need to use the hand sanitiser going in and leaving, books and other items should not be touched. Please wear a suitable face covering if possible. A Sunday service may be allowed soon with suitable social spacing but singing will not be allowed just yet.

Our Sunday Morning Services for Trinity, on Zoom, will continue until we are permitted to use the Church on a Sunday. Last Sunday, we had 30 connections again, and with 45 people taking part in the Service. This week the service was led by Sutton Churchwarden, Dawn, assisted with the technical stuff by Sutton Churchwarden Darren. The “Thought for the Day” was given by Reader Simon. Next Sunday, unless we can meet in the church which is unlikely, the service will again be held via Zoom at 10am and it is hoped many will be able to join us. Any member of St Mary’s, or the Benefice, who is not on the Sunday Link mailing list and wishes to be able to receive joining instructions to take part in these services, should contact the church office at benefice.com@gmail.com. Applications must be by email or leave a message on the Church Office telephone, 01767 261202, which was now been restored.

Remember, we still need to observe social spacing even if it is reduced, until the all clear is eventually given. We continue to pray that this time will come very soon. Take care.
