Church Service informatiomn for the coming week.

The morning service, conducted by the Rev Gill and assisted by our two Churchwardens, was a Choral Holy Communion and by special request of the Rev Gill, during Communion, the choir sang two anthems, “God so Loved the World” from Stainer’s “Crucifiction” and Mozart’s “Ave Verum Corpus”.

Next Sunday, it is our ever popular Friends and Family service which will be conducted by Wendy and her team as usual and this month it will be all about “Preparing for Lent”. For anyone who hasn’t yet been to one of these services, there is something for everyone no matter what age group they belong to. There are new hymns, prayers, a morning prayer service and a large number of craft tables expertly supervised by church members with many of these activities for the children. It is a “Fun” service but with serious meaning so please come along and join in!
