Service information

The morning service last Sunday was the shorter Holy Communion with the children’s treasure boxes, conducted by the Rev Gill. The contents of the box help younger members of our congregation, to understand how each part of the Communion service works with an object which relates to it. They learn with a bit of fun as a helping guide.

Next Sunday, it is the Patronal Festival Day for St Mary’s Church and members of the other churches in the Benefice, will come together with St Mary’s congregation for a special service of commemoration. Everyone is welcome to join us at 10.30am for this service which will be conducted by the Rector.

Morning Prayer services will be held next week, at Cockayne Hatley Church on Monday, Sutton Church on Thursday, and on Tuesday and Friday at St Mary’s, all services at 9am.

Services for Sunday January 27: 9am Benefice Holy Communion (Said) 10.30am Benefice Holy Communion Service for St Mary’s Patronal Festival. There are no other Benefice services on that day.
