First Steps

We are a small friendly group of mums and tots which meet every Friday at 10-00am and would love to have someone to make the tea once a fortnight. Also we are looking for more leaders to help on a rota basis doing short activities with the children for approx 90 minutes. If you are interested in either helping with the tea or leading activities please contact Charlotte on 01767 260287.

First Steps

Every Friday 10-00am till 11-30am St Mary’s Hall. A short group activity for early years children with their mums, dads or carers. Activities include singing, stories, action, making things and sharing followed by refreshments. There is a small charge of 50p per child. Call 01767 260287 for more details.

Lyfe
A reflection and discussion group for teenagers held in the Priest’s Room at St Mary’s on the second Sunday of every month at 7pm. Come for a coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits, and a serious discussion about a variety of issues where no questions are out of bounds. Priest’s Room. Contact Rev Gill on 01767 260782.

Footprints
For middle school aged children. Footprints meets from 6 to 7.30pm on the last Sunday of every month in St Mary’s Hall. There’s singing, games, food and fun, with a serious focus too. Call 01767 260010 for more details.

Choir
Junior Choir members begin when they are 7 years of age and practice on Thursdays at 6.30pm

Bell Ringers
Youngsters can learn to ring once they are big enough to handle a bell! Practice is on Tuesdays at 7.30pm

Servers
Children can “serve” at Holy Communion when they are old enough and have been trained

CRB
Everyone who works with children in the Benefice must have Criminal Records Bureau clearance
